  • Not all scratches can be fully removed with standard detailing. Light surface scratches often disappear with polishing, while deep scratches may require paint correction or touch-up services. A quick test to learn if a scratch can be buffed out is to run your fingernail across the scratch—if you feel it catching, the scratch is likely too deep and a paint polish can’t remove the defect.

  • We accept credit cards, debit cards, e-transfer, and tap-to-pay right at our shop. We do accept cash payments but we do not provide change, so exact cash is required. Payments are processed securely and instantly, and a deposit is required to secure all bookings.

  • Yes — we recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows us to complete your vehicle check-in, pre-inspection, and paperwork so we can start your detailing service right on time.

  • Currently, all vehicles are curbside drop-off at our Edmonton location. This allows us to keep costs lower for our customers and ensures you receive the highest-quality service without delays.

  • Our professional-grade ceramic coatings can last 1–10 years with proper maintenance. Longevity depends on washing habits, environmental exposure, and professional upkeep.

  • We do accept same-day appointments if our schedule allows. For the best chance of securing your preferred time, we recommend booking in advance using our online booking system.

  • Please remove all personal items and valuables from your vehicle before your appointment. This helps us work efficiently and protects your belongings.

    If your vehicle is excessively cluttered—for example, full of loose trash, clothing, or personal belongings—an additional cleaning fee may apply to cover the extra time needed for preparation.

  • Absolutely. Our interior detailing packages include specialized equipment and techniques to remove pet hair, dander, and lingering odors. For stubborn smells, we recommend adding our ozone treatment.

  • Yes — we require your keys so our technicians can safely move your vehicle during the detailing process. All keys are kept in a secure, monitored location until your service is complete.
