What Happens After You Submit
1. We Review Your Request
We review your form and recommend the appropriate service. Our response explains the proposed process, estimated service time and preliminary price.
2. You Choose a Drop-Off Date
We provide available calendar dates and work with you to select a suitable drop-off date.
3. Your Appointment Is Confirmed
Once a date is agreed upon, the required deposit is collected. After the deposit is confirmed, we create your service file and send you a calendar invitation containing drop-off instructions, appointment alerts and directions to our business.
4. Vehicle Drop-Off and Documentation
At drop-off, we begin your Master Service Form and complete the pre-service checklist with you. You review and sign the service agreement, and we take pre-service photographs to document the vehicle’s condition.
5. Service and Updates
Work begins according to the approved service agreement. We keep you updated throughout the process and contact you if any discoveries require additional discussion or approval.
6. Completion and Pickup
When the service is complete, we finalize the Master Service Form and take after-service photographs. At pickup, you review the completed service and provide the vehicle-release signature.
