Service & Appointment Terms

All service quotes are estimates based on information provided and may vary depending on actual vehicle condition.
Appointments require a $25 deposit to secure your spot unless otherwise agreed.
Missed or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeited deposits.

Personal Information & Content Use

By using our services or submitting information, you agree to the collection and use of service-related and personal data, including:

Vehicle details (make, model, year, color, condition)
Photos or videos taken of your vehicle before, during, or after service
Customer-submitted notes or instructions
Text message or email excerpts (e.g., feedback, reviews, service questions)

This information may be used for:

Providing accurate quotes and services
Booking and confirming appointments
Training, customer service improvement, or business reporting
Creating marketing content (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, testimonials)
Showcasing service examples or vehicle transformations (license plates and identities blurred or removed)

By submitting a form or booking service, you grant Cotton Soft Detailing permission to feature your vehicle and anonymized communication (texts, emails) in public content. We will never display your name, contact details, or license plate without written permission.

Opt-Out Option: If you do not wish your vehicle or communication to appear in marketing content, please let us know at the time of booking or email us at travis@cottonsoftdetailing.ca.
