Cotton Soft Detailing didn’t begin with a studio or fancy equipment — it began in the middle of an Edmonton winter, with a shop vac, a spray bottle, a detailing brush, and a kitchen towel.

In 2017, we started detailing cars in a small, snow-covered driveway — just wide enough to fit one vehicle. With a deep-rooted passion for cars and hands-on experience in autobody painting, we were already drawn to the craft of transformation. There’s something incredibly rewarding about taking something dull, dirty, or forgotten — and turning it into something crisp, polished, and brand new.

We worked on vehicles for friends, neighbors, and anyone who would have us. And the hustle didn’t stop at sunset. After long days at our full-time jobs, we’d come home, gear up, and dive into after-hours details that stretched deep into the night.

It wasn’t about the money — it was about the mission. Every cold-handed wipe-down, every after-dark polish, was building something greater.

We threw ourselves into the craft — studying techniques, earning certifications in ceramic coatings, interior detailing, and paint correction, and learning how to deliver not just great work, but a great experience. Everything — from this website to our customer process — was built from scratch, in-house, and with purpose.

Today, Cotton Soft Detailing is still growing — fueled by 5-star reviews and a community that values precision, honesty, and consistency. Our dream is still ahead, but every vehicle we touch brings us one step closer.
