- No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
- All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
- Email: Service confirmations, updates, and occasional promotions. You may unsubscribe at any time.
- Phone: We may call to confirm or discuss services, but we do not use aggressive phone sales tactics.

Photo & Content Use Policy
By booking a service or submitting a form, you agree that we may use vehicle images, service notes, and anonymized communication in the creation of public content (e.g. Instagram reels, TikToks, educational videos, service galleries).
We will blur or remove license plates and never disclose personally identifying details unless you provide written consent.
Opt-Out Option: If you prefer your vehicle not be shown in any content, simply notify us at booking or email travis@cottonsoftdetailing.ca.
Data Storage & Security
