“I was referred to Cotton Soft Detailing by Wolfe Cadillac due to a biohazard issue in my vehicle. It was an extremely stressful situation, but Travis was incredibly patient, professional, and took the time to explain the entire cleaning process — including why proper decontamination was so important.
He truly went above and beyond. The service was exceptional — the inspection was thorough, all photos were provided, and the invoice was clearly broken down step-by-step so my employer could see exactly what was done and the associated costs. Despite a busy schedule, Travis made room to help me right away because of the seriousness of the situation.
I contacted seven other companies in the Edmonton and Spruce Grove area, and none of them were equipped or willing to handle a biohazard job. In fact, two dealerships even advised me not to bring my vehicle to them due to health and safety risks for their staff and other customers’ vehicles.
